Through history the garden has often been a representation of love, to grow and thrive. What is a terrarium but a garden in miniature form. Join us to create a petite landscape to symbolizes the love for yourself or someone special. Individuals and couples welcome.

Workshop Details:

•   A hands-on class with group instruction to build your own unique terrarium to take home with you

•   You’ll learn about the types of plants that thrive in terrarium environments and how to choose the right combination for your design

•   You’ll gather 3-4 ferns and tropical plants of choice and learn to plant their own terrariums with instruction

•   You’ll explore the art of layering: from creating a base of drainage materials to adding soil and decorative elements (feel free to bring in any decorative pieces from home!)

•   Each terrarium will be personalized to what suits your style. As we plant together, we will learn about the light and watering process for our terrariums and conclude the evening knowing how to care for our little ecosystems to help them thrive.
